With over two decades in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and building automation, I've built a career around keeping complex facilities running efficiently. From hands-on technician work to directing maintenance operations across 74 retail locations, I understand every layer of facility management.
As President of Homeland Development Services (HDS), I lead a team delivering preventive maintenance, energy optimisation, and vendor coordination for commercial properties. I also created DySync— a CMMS platform that brings work-order management, energy analytics, and ENERGY STAR benchmarking into a single dashboard.
